Returns

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Wrong product delivered

You must request a return within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.

Refunds

Once the issue is verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used or washed items
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Size issues due to wrong selection

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged based on stock availability.
